This policy explains what personal information Kola Market collects, why, and your rights. We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

• Account & contact details: your name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
• Order information: what you bought, delivery zone, and order history.
• Payment information: processed by our payment partner Paystack. We do not store your full card number or Mobile Money PIN — only a record that a payment succeeded or failed.

How we use it

• To process orders, take payment, and deliver to you.
• To provide customer support and send order updates by SMS or WhatsApp.
• To operate, secure, and improve the marketplace.

Who we share it with

• Delivery riders — the name, address, and phone needed to deliver your order.
• Vendors — the order details needed to prepare your items.
• Paystack — to process card and Mobile Money payments.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Your rights

Security & retention

We protect your data with access controls and keep it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations.
